If you are so lucky to have soy sour cream (smetana), I strongly recommend you to try this recipe!
You will need the following ingredients:
— 200 g margarine
— Egg replacer for 5 eggs (1 for dough and 4 for filling)
— 1,5 teaspoon rising agent
— 300 g flour
— 1 glassful sugar (0,5 glassful for filling and 0,5 glassful for dough
— 2 g vanilla
— 400 g sour cream (smetana).
First, grate the margarine on the raw grater. Then add sugar, egg replacer, flour and rising agent. Knead shortcrust pastry and roll it into a ball.
Roll the ball out and place it into the form.
Now let’s proceed with the filling (while making it, you can place the form with the dough into the fridge). It’s very easy to make the filling. Beat smetana up with egg replacer (equals four eggs), vanilla and sugar till smooth mass forms. For this operation you can use either beater or mixer.
Pour the mix into the form. Place the pie into the oven for 45-50 minutes. Bake at 180-200 C.
