It’s time to introduce you one more cheese alternative. It’s vegan tofu feta cheese. As usual, the process of cooking is simple and straightforward. The main ingredient in this recipe is firm tofu.
– 300 gr. farm tofu;
– 1/4 cup of lemon juice;
– 1/2 cup of water (125 ml).
– 1/2 cup apple vinegar;
– 1 tsp oregano.
Then place all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients and add tofu.
Cover the bowl with a lid and put the bowl in the refrigerator. Take the vegan tofu feta cheese out after 2-3 hours. However, if you want it to taste a bit sourer leave the tofu in the marinade for a day.
