– 2 cups soybeans;
– 3 cloves of garlic;
– 3 Tbsp. dill;

- First of all you need to soak soy beans overnight (10-12 hours). In the morning pour out the water and rinse the soy beans again, then you can boil it. Boil soy beans about two hours. Check it for readiness, because it can be prepared before, after 1.30 hours of cooking.
- Do not pour out water from soy beans. Blend it. If the mixture is too thick, you need to add a little boiled water and a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil. Blend it again. Check consistency, because someone likes to make it thicker, someone on the contrary. In general, work with the consistency yourself.
- Next add the garlic (it should be crushed) and chopped dill and mix it well. If necessary, you can shake up the mixture. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
