Today I’m going to tell you a new tasty sauce recipe. Cooking this vegan sour cream sauce will take you only 10 minutes!
– 100 gr. vegan sour cream;
– 4 cloves of garlic;
– 150 gr. mushrooms;
– a pinch of pepper and salt.
First of all, we have to wash, clean and cut the mushrooms. Then peel the garlic cloves and grate them. Put the mushrooms into a pan and season them. Fry the mushrooms for 7 minutes, then add to them garlic and fry for another 2-3 minutes. In the end add the vegan sour cream, mix it all well and turn off the heat.
It turns out to be a very tasty vegan sauce that you can also add to a variety of different dishes.
