Are you longing for the rum ball you ate in your childhood? So listen up! To make the vegan rum ball you will need:
— 250 g Fast cookies (any kind of it)
— 250 g nuts (any kind of it)
— 4/-5 cup jam (any kind of it)
— 4-5 tablespoons carob (or cocoa)
— 100 g margarine
And for the topping;
— 50-75 g cookies.
Crumble nuts and cookies. You can do it with blender or with grate. I grated cookies and used the blender for nuts.
Mix nuts and cookies. Then add margarine and mix with mixer.
Add jam and carob.
Mix thoroughly with blender. Now mold our ram ball.
Roll up the balls (or whatever form you like) and crumb them in topping.
