Ricotta is a traditional Italian dairy product. Today I’m going to tell how to cook vegan ricotta cheese at home.
To cook the ricotta cheese we need the following ingredients:
– 400 gr. tofu;
– 8 fresh basil leaves;
– 1/2 tbs. sugar;
– salt and pepper (to your taste).
Mix all the ingredients together and sprinkle them with lemon and oil (olive or sunflower). Blend the mixture.
Ricotta can be spread on bread or you can add it to pasta or lasagna. Bon appetit = ^ _ ^ =
