Though this recipe does not fit for the season, it is an excellent way to use all the pumpkin you have and to experience new wonderful dishes.
— 2 1/4 cup grain milk
— 1/2 cup sugar
— 1 cup pumpkin puree
— 1 teaspoon vanilla
— 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
— 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
— A pinch of cloves and salt
Mix milk, sugar and pumpkin puree. Boil on medium fire, then reduce the fire and cook for 30 seconds.
Remove from the fire, add vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Beat it up with blender and then pour into the bowl. Let it cool down and then place into the freezer for the night.
Presto! Here it comes, our sorbet. Serve it with thick or thin pancakes or with any kind of desserts and baking, or take it as an individual sweet.
