Vegan puffed pancakes is a very nourishing dish that perfectly suits your breakfast.
You will need the following ingredients to make it:
— 1 1/2 cup flour;
— 1/2 teaspoon soda;
— 1 teaspoon rising agent;
— 1 tablespoon sugar;
— 1 1/2 cup soy milk (water suits as well);
— 2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add milk and oil to the mix. Beat up with mixer. As a result, you have a classic pancake dough.
Fry it on pancake frying pan on medium fire till the bubbles appear.
Repeat the operation till the dough is over. I covered each pancake with agave syrup (you can use jam or fruit conserves as well) and decorated the top with peaches.
