Today I will share with you another recipe. It is a vegan pot pie.
To make a pot pie you need:
— 1 3/4 cup flour
— 2/3 teaspoon salt
— 2 teaspoon spice ‘Italian Herbs’
— 2/3 cup grain milk or water
— 1/4 cup vegetable oil
For the filling you can use whatever your fantasy suggests you. It may be seitan, soy meat or vegetables. I used spinach and carrot. Let’s start with the dough. Mix flour, salt, spices, milk (or water) and oil. Mix thoroughly and put into the fridge for 20 minutes. While it cools down, let’s begin to make the filling. I remind you that the choice of the filling depends thoroughly on your preferences. While the dough was cooling, I braised spinach and carrot. When all is done, let the mix cool down. Then take the dough, divide it in two pieces and roll out.
Place the layer into the form.
Lay the filling out.
Now take the second ball, roll it out and put it on the top of the filling.
Place the pie into the oven preheated to 200° C. Bake for 25 minutes. Look at the pie we’ve got!
