Scrambled tofu will bring the changes into your morning meal. It suits perfectly for breakfast. The main ingredient of the omelet is silk tofu.
— 180 g silk tofu;
— 1 tablespoon soy milk;
— 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast;
— 1 tablespoon potato/corn starch;
— 1/8 teaspoon turmeric;
— A pinch of sea salt;
— A pinch of black salt;
Mix all the ingredients and beat with blender.
Put the mix into the frying pan.
Once the rims become well fried, lay the filling out. I used broccoli as a filling.
5 minutes after, cover the half with filling with the empty half. Fry for 3 minutes, then serve up.
