Vegan Lemon Pancakes – a quick breakfast. You’ll spend on it about 20 minutes. The recipe is easy cooking and all the ingredients can be found in any store.
– 1 cup of vegetable milk (any);
– 1 cup of flour;
– 1 Tbsp. lemon juice;
– 1/2 tsp. lemon peel;
– 3 tsp. baking powder;
– 2 tsp. sugar;
– 1/4 tsp. salt;
– 2 tsp. vegetable oil;
– a pinch of cinnamon;
– a pinch of vanillin.
Let’s start cooking!
• Take 2 deep bowls. In one mix the dry ingredients, in the other wet. In wet add lemon peel. Stir thoroughly.
• Mix dry and wet ingredients and whisk them with a whisk, or a blender with a whisk attachment.
• Pour gently the dough in a frying pan and cook vegan lemon pancakes as usual. Wait for the bubbles and a golden crust on the pancake, then you can turn it around.
Serve Vegan Lemon Pancakes with any syrup, berries, fruit or cream.
