Vegan ice cream – is a recipe that I would call simply yum-yum. It is to cook this vegan ice cream. You don’t spend on ingredients much money, but you get a lot of emotions from such yummy.
– 3 ripe bananas;
– 70 ml. soy milk;
– a pinch of vanillin.
- First you need to freeze bananas. Peel, cut into rounds and put them in the freezer for the night. In the morning (or at the time when you want to make ice cream) get the bananas from the freezer, put them in a blender and begin to grind. Two types of blender are suitable, if you have hand-held blender, then put the bananas in a separate container that is with a blender, and grind.
- It will be hard to grind bananas, so add milk gradually. If all bananas do not fit, then grind them in parts and, in accordance with this, divide the milk evenly.
- This is the consistency of vegan ice cream.
Serve vegan ice cream. Decorate it with berries, fruits or nuts or cook ice cream at once with any additives. Invite your friends and enjoy this yummy!
