It is an easy recipe of vegan omelet. No need of yeast or silk tofu.
Main ingredients are:
— 100 ml water;
— 4 tablespoon flour;
— 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, black pepper, black salt (and any other spices you like).
As to the filling, you can use whatever you want. I did with squash and paprika.
Heat the pan up and put the spices.
After 3 minutes, add squash and paprika. Mix.
While the vegetables are frying, let’s make the dough. Mix flour and water, add a pitch of turmeric to give a hue. Beat up with mixer till there are no nubbins.
Cover the vegetables with our mix, then cover with lid and fry for 5 minutes.
When omelet is done, decorate it with garnish.
