Today I’m gonna show you a simple cheesecake recipe. The advantage of this recipe is in availability of ingredients.
To make a vegan cheesecake you need:
— 700 g solid tofu;
— 1 cup sugar;
— 1 teaspoon vanilla;
— 1/4 teaspoon salt;
— 1/4 cup vegetable oil;
— 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
— 1 1/2 cup crumbled oatmeal cookie;
— 1/3 cup sugar;
— 6 tablespoons margarine;
— 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Let’s start with the crust. Crumble the cookies into small beats. Set the oven to 200 °C while making the crust.
Add other ingredients and thoroughly mix until the sticky mass forms.
Take the form of 23 cm diameter and divide the mass evenly.
Put the form aside and begin to make the filling. Mix up all the ingredients and beat until smooth mass appears. Pour the filling into the form.
Place the cheesecake into the preheated oven (180 °C). Bake for 30 minutes. So here’s our cheesecake! Wait till it cools down and then put it in your fridge. You can also decorate it with fruits.
