– 3 cups flour;
– 3/4 cup sugar;
– 1 1/2 cup water;
– 1 cup of vegetable oil;
– 12 apples;
– 1 tsp. baking soda;
– 1 tsp. cinnamon;
– 1/2 tsp. vanillin.
- Wash, peel apples and remove the core. Cut apples into any pieces, as you like. Put them into a baking dish. It is better to take a baking dish with a diameter of 28-30 cm.
- Then mix in one bowl water, sugar and vegetable oil. Whisk until sugar dissolves. In another bowl, mix the flour, vanillin and cinnamon. Gently combine the contents of two bowls and whisk with a blender. It is better to take a whisk.
